G&M is family owned and was founded in 2021 by the Son-In-Law / Father-In-Law duo Chris Drilling and Greg Larkin. It was birthed out of a desire to do good for the community and impact individuals and families alike in meaningful, simple ways.

 

Chris begun window cleaning in 2007 at the age of 19 working on everything from multi-million dollar luxury homes to high-end commercial property such as hospital buildings and aquariums. After graduating college Chris was hired by Verizon Wireless and later Mazda Motor of America, Inc. where he learned all there is to know about cultivating a diligent work ethic, working through obstacles and what it means to provide an astounding customer experience.

Greg is a retired business owner who brings a wealth of knowledge in what it means and looks like to run and grow a successful company. He was founder, owner and CEO of a general engineering contractor that specialized in building water treatment plants to provide cities with safe, clean water.
